Ken Hubert, Capon & Hubert

Ken Hubert has been practising law since 1982. Ken primarily practises in the contentious areas of Civil Law, Family Law and Criminal Law. He has served in the past on the Law Society and Law Council Access to Justice Committees. Ken has practised in most legal tribunals and has been a representative for children in care and residence matters in the Family Court and Children’s Court for a number of years.

Ken is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution provider and mediator. He is conscious of the need for the most appropriate means of dispute resolution for your matter.

Ken is known for not shying away from a challenge and as such has managed and been successful in many difficult cases.
