Kerri has specialised in the estates and succession planning and estate disputes with Lavan for the past five years and works with clients to navigate and resolve wills and estate planning, probate, inheritance matters, estate disputes and build family trust arrangements. She can assist her clients with deeds of family arrangements, memorandum of wishes, family trusts, grants of probate and many other estate planning documents. Kerri also has experience in general common law and intellectual property law.
Kerri provides numerous community-based talks to those that require information or assistance on how to commence their estate and succession planning.
Kerri is also Lavan’s pro bono coordinator and currently works with the firm to grow Lavan’s community involvement and social impact. She is currently working with (and for) individuals, social enterprises, charities and other non-profit organisations including numerous community legal centres.
Kerri is an active member of the Western Australia Law Society and is a member of the Law Access pro bono committee as well as Lavan’s community committee.
