This often occurs in a complex environment with numerous considerations around trust and company structures, self managed superannuation funds, taxation and tailored provisions for the establishment of a variety of testamentary trusts and associated provisions.
Kim also enjoys assisting clients when it comes time to manage an estate. This often involves  helping those trusted with that role to navigate what can often be a complicated legal process.
