Kim Jubb, Crilly Lawyers

Kim comes to the firm with substantial private and in-house experience in a wide range of business, commercial, property and personal services matters ranging from individuals to large corporates.

Kim has a genuine interest in helping clients with their personal affairs including all aspects of estate planning. His primary focus is to provide exceptional client service and develop lasting relationships.

He is an approachable and creative lawyer who communicates and negotiates effectively. He delivers client service with a clear focus on individual objectives. His strong technical skills and commercial approach add significant value by offering alternatives to conventional solutions.

In the area of estate planning Kim places a particular emphasis on understanding each client’s circumstances in detail, communicating with other trusted advisers and documenting the entire estate plan to ensure their wishes are recognised. This often occurs in a complex environment with numerous considerations around trust and company structures, self managed superannuation funds, taxation and tailored provisions for the establishment of a variety of testamentary trusts and associated provisions.

Kim also enjoys assisting clients when it comes time to manage an estate. This often involves  helping those trusted with that role to navigate what can often be a complicated legal process.

If there is a dispute, he takes the time to carefully understand the situation, provide advice on how best to deal with the matter and offers practical and pragmatic advice to get issues resolved without unnecessary time and expense.

Kim is a member of the Queensland Law Society and is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.
