Krish Gosai, Gosai Law

Krish Gosai is the Founder and Managing Partner of Gosai Law, an international corporate, commercial and technology law firm advising more than 250 clients across Web3, digital assets, AI and emerging technology.

Krish has been involved in the digital asset industry since 2015 and has advised founders, funds, exchanges, financial institutions and technology companies on complex corporate, regulatory and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions.

He is a regular international speaker on digital assets, Web3, regulation, emerging technology and the future of legal services, having spoken at events including TOKEN2049 Singapore, NFT.NYC, NFT.London, the Australian Crypto Convention, Web3 Dubai and the London Blockchain Conference, as well as at universities and industry events globally.

Krish is a three-time Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Award winner, most recently winning the Technology Law category in 2026. He has also been recognised as a finalist for Managing Partner of the Year at the 2026 Australian Law Awards and as a dual finalist for Commercial Law Partner of the Year and Technology, Media & Telecommunications Partner of the Year at the 2026 Partner of the Year Awards.
