Kristy is a principal, director, and accredited specialist in Property Law. With 16 years of experience, she has developed a depth of knowledge, experience, and expertise in all aspects of property law and property development.
Kristy works primarily with property developers across residential, commercial, and mixed-use property developments and including social infrastructure (healthcare, childcare and swim school developments). She also works with childcare operators in relation to leasing, business acquisitions, advising on service and provider approval requirements and consequential matters.
Kristy assists her clients providing structuring advice in acquiring a development site or childcare centre, or pursuing a development, through to planning and property due diligence, construction finance, off-the-plan sales, conveyancing, commercial agreements, property disputes, agreements for lease and leasing and business sales and acquisitions.
Kristy is collaborative, practical, commercial, and pro-active in her approach and prides herself on quality and timely advice.
Kristy's qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws graduating with Honours, a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and she is an Accredited Specialist Property Law.
Kristy’s memberships include the Law Institute of Victoria and she is a member of the Property Law and Commercial Tenancy Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria.
