Kylie Sharp, HOCW

Kylie Sharp is an experienced Wills and Estates Principal Lawyer who specialises in estate litigation, Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) guardianship and administration matters, and complex estate disputes. Admitted to practice in 2008, Kylie joined the Hicks Oakley Chessell Williams Wills and Estates team in 2023 and works exclusively in this area. Kylie’s client’s value her empathetic approach, clear explanations of legal processes and her commitment to resolving disputes efficiently to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients.

A significant part of Kylie’s practice involves guardianship and administration matters before VCAT. She represents and advises clients in contested guardianship and administration matters, including disputes concerning decision-making capacity, the appointment and conduct of powers of attorney and guardians and administrators, advising clients in often very sensitive and complex family situations.

Kylie regularly represents clients in the Supreme Court, County Court and VCAT and can assist with all aspects of wills and estates litigation, elder law and estate administration.
