Laura is a senior associate in the Brisbane Property Team at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers, practising in all aspects of property law with a particular focus on leasing, commercial property transactions and flat land property developments.
Laura has acted for a broad range of clients including government agencies, large national property developers, fund managers, charitable organisations and SMEs.
Laura's experience includes:
- Property acquisitions and sales (including by way of put and call option) for commercial, industrial, rural and residential uses, including associated due diligence investigations and transfers of water licences and allocations.
- Commercial, industrial and retail leasing and licensing for a broad range of premises in Queensland, including warehouses, high-rise offices, shopping centres, child care centres, medical centres and service stations.
- Flat land residential developments in Queensland, including the preparation and negotiation of joint venture agreements and infrastructure agreements and advising on titling issues.
