Liam Sambrook, Sambrook Law
Liam Sambrook is a solicitor and barrister and the Director of Sambrook Law in Adelaide, practising primarily in family law and succession law. He acts for clients in complex and high-value family law and estate matters, including property settlements involving businesses, trusts and significant assets, parenting disputes, inheritance claims, contested estates and succession planning. Liam has extensive litigation experience and has acted as instructing solicitor in numerous trials and appeals in the Supreme Court of South Australia and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. Notably, he was the instructing solicitor in Benson & Drury, a successful family violence-related Kennon claim at trial and on appeal. Liam holds a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Psychological Science and Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is a member of the Law Society of South Australia’s Family Law Committee, AI and Data Privacy Committee and Young Lawyers Support Group.
