Luisa is an Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates in Victoria (obtained in 2018) and serves as the Melbourne Managing Associate for the contested estates division at Armstrong Legal. An experienced wills and estates lawyer, she specialises in estate litigation. She has represented clients in family provision claims, contested probate matters, informal wills, construction/rectification, complex estate administration, probate applications, applications for limited grants and superannuation death benefit challenges.
Her practice spans multiple jurisdictions, including Victoria, Western Australia, Tasmania and South Australia. Luisa is dedicated to providing practical advice and strives for efficient resolutions, guiding her clients with care through what can often be a challenging litigation process.
