Luke joined Stevens & Associates Lawyers in 2020 after holding roles advising on employment and industrial relations issues in the transport, aviation, health and aged care sectors. Luke has experience in both public sector and private sector employment law, including advising contract carriers and others involved in small and medium enterprises.
Luke acts for both employers and employees in all jurisdictions.
Luke has a particular interest in litigation and has appeared in courts and tribunals on matters involving termination of employment, workplace change, interpretation of (and compliance with) awards and agreements, enterprise bargaining and industrial action. Luke also advises senior executives on remuneration and contract matters, as well as workplace issues.
Luke is a member of the Law Society of NSW, NSW Young Lawyers and the Industrial Relations Society of NSW. He also teaches in the Civil Practice program at the University of Technology, Sydney, and in Anti-Discrimination Law at the Western Sydney University.
