Maddison is a Senior Associate within McInnes Wilson Lawyers’ Corporate and Commercial Advisory Team.
She advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate governance, company secretarial matters, and general commercial advisory.
Maddison acts for a diverse client base, including publicly listed companies, high-net-worth individuals and family groups, property developers, corporates, accountants and other professionals. She has experience advising across a wide range of industries and transaction types.
She regularly works with founders, investors and corporate groups, supporting them at all stages of the business lifecycle – from early-stage investments and growth capital through to complex acquisitions, disposals and restructures.
