Madeline is a senior member of the Family Law team at Stanley & Co. As well as a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice, Madeline also holds a Masters Degree in Marketing.
In her early days, Madeline practised in Commercial Law and Insolvency. She understands complex business structures and is able to advise on all family law property and financial settlements at a high level. Madeline also advises in relation to children’s matters in a compassionate and sensitive manner.
Madeline’s s accumulated family law experience has been built on a desire to help people through their most challenging times. While she strives to achieve results for clients by way of negotiation, she is highly experienced in conducting litigation if agreement cannot be reached outside of Court.
