Martina Storgato is a Senior Partner and Team Leader of the Sydney Family Law Division of Mills Oakley.
Martina has particular expertise in family law matters that involve complex financial issues, including property settlements that incorporate large family businesses, as well as complex parenting matters, including surrogacy, international and cross-border matters involving the Hague Convention.
Martina is widely recognised by her peers as an industry leader in the field of family law, with experience spanning nearly 30 years, with extensive qualifications in relation to her specialisation in family law. Martina’s reputation amongst her peers is for achieving high-quality outcomes for her clients whilst striving for amicable resolution for the family and business unit.
Highly regarded for her expertise in intricate financial matters, Martina is frequently retained in matters involving high-value asset pools, discretionary trusts, and complex, often multi-jurisdictional, corporate structures. Her advanced Master’s degree specialising in Family Law, the result of five years of postgraduate research, equips her with a sophisticated understanding of the intersection between family law, bankruptcy, and tax compliance.
