Mary Louise Hatch, Spectrum Law and Mediations

Mary Louise Hatch, Spectrum Law and Mediations

Mary Louise is an Accredited Mediator, Collaborative Family Lawyer,  Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and Parenting Coordinator.

Mary Louise has been admitted to practice as a Legal Practitioner since 1991 and a Mediator and Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner since 2009.  In 2019, Mary Louise became one of Australia’s first Parenting Coordinators.

Spectrum Law and Mediations understands that families going through separation and divorce do not need to be further encouraged to fight. Things are usually challenging enough already. Instead, Spectrum takes a progressive approach to the practice of Family Law Dispute Resolution being perhaps the only firm that does not litigate, appreciating that most matters do not require court involvement but assistance and support to  make sensible parenting arrangements and reach enduring financial settlements.

Mary Louise also provides mediation and dispute resolution training and coaching for Resolution Institute, Relationships Australia, Parenting Coordination Australia, College of Law and lectures in Family Law in RMIT’s Juris Doctor Program where she has PhD equivalence in Law.
