Matthew Hicks is a Director and Principal Lawyer at HOCW, with more than 30 years’ experience in commercial litigation and insolvency. A Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, he advises companies, directors and business owners on complex disputes, insolvency and strategic commercial issues.

Matthew regularly represents clients in Victorian and Federal courts and tribunals in contractual, business, property and leasing disputes, bankruptcy, insolvency and domestic building matters.
