Meghan is a principal and director with over 17 years’ solid expertise in commercial advice, contracts and transactions; business disputes (litigation and alternative dispute resolution) and strategy; with particular focus in assisting professionals and SMEs in the medical, health and life sciences industries.
Meghan is passionate about building long-term, trusted and valuable advisory relationships with her clients. Her approach is focused, timely, commercial, clear, outcome focused and comprehensive. She works with clients across Australia and internationally. Her qualifications include being a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Bachelors of Laws and Business, admission to legal practice in Australia in Victoria State and in the Federal jurisdictions and as an Attorney-at-Law to the New York State Bar in the US.
Meghan is an active member of the College of Law’s Victorian Chapter Board; the Victorian Legal Admissions Committee; the Law Institute of Victoria’s Health Law Committee; the Law Council of Australia Business Law Section’s SME Committee; the North American Australian Law Alliance; the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
