Meghan is a principal and director with over 14 years’ solid expertise in commercial and business disputes (litigation and alternative dispute resolution including in advocacy), transactions, contracts, strategy, planning and advice; with particular focus in assisting professionals, corporates, and businesses in the medical, health and life sciences industries.
Meghan is passionate about building long-term, trusted, and valued advisory relationships. Her approach is focused, timely, commercial, clear, and comprehensive.
She works with clients across Australia and internationally. Her qualifications include being a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Bachelor of Laws and Business, admission to legal practice in Australia in Victoria State and in the Federal jurisdictions and she is one of the few lawyers in Australia with admission as an Attorney at Law to the New York State Bar in the United States.
Meghan is an active member of the College of Law’s Victorian Chapter Board; the Victorian Legal Admissions Committee; the Law Institute of Victoria’s Health Law Committee, ADR Committee and Litigation Executive Committee; the Law Council of Australia Business Law Section’s SME Committee; the American Chamber of Commerce in Australia including the Health Committee; the North American Australian Law Alliance; the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
