Michael Denny, Herbert Smith Freehills

Michael is a senior associate in the corporate, energy and resources team at Herbert Smith Freehills. 

Michael has extensive experience advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, equity capital raisings, foreign investment, joint ventures, projects and general corporate matters.

Michael is a recipient of the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Award for Projects, Energy and Resources and was included in the 2023 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Australia for Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Corporate Law. 

Michael is an executive committee member of the WA Branch of the Energy and Resources Law Association.
