Michael is a corporate, technology and intellectual property lawyer who has considerable experience in the Australian technology and capital markets as a lawyer, strategic adviser, executive and director. Michael has been advising companies as a corporate lawyer for over 15 years before entering the corporate sector. He has over 10 years’ executive experience as the founding Managing Director and General Counsel of several technology companies, including raising over $100M in capital, multiple company acquisitions, and successful exits. Michael’s focus is now on sharing this practical experience when advising clients.
