Along with expertise in executive and award employee contractual arrangements, Michael’s knowledge and experience position him at the coalface during periods of change in industrial law. He has appeared for Ai Group and Company’s in appeal and Full Bench proceedings of the Fair Work Commission extensively, he has been a part of numerous Senate Committee Hearings to address proposed legislative amendments and was a member of the Australian employer delegation for the International Labour Conference (Geneva, 2010).
