Michal Bergander-Florek practises at the independent bar from Anthony Mason Chambers.
Michal practises in the areas of commercial and civil litigation, public law, and appellate court matters. He has extensive experience in all aspects of workplace relations and safety law including industrial relations, employee entitlements, restraints of trade, termination of employment, dismissal related claims and safety prosecutions. He also accepts briefs in workers’ compensation matters.
He has acted for the federal and State government, regulators, insurers, large international corporate groups, ASX-listed corporations, universities, not-for-profit organisations, local government, small businesses and individuals (including high net individuals).
He was previously a special counsel at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers and a solicitor at a boutique commercial firm.
