Milad is a Partner of M&M Property and Commercial Lawyers. He is experienced in capital transactions (both acquisition and disposals), leasing, off the plan developments (including residential, commercial, industrial, mixed use and large scale developments), titling and structuring, management rights, general property law, business sales and purchases, legal due diligence, finance and loans.
Milad was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia in 2018.
Milad undertook his legal studies at Bond University on the Gold Coast as a mature aged student, and originally hails from Canada. Prior to becoming a solicitor, he completed a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Administration at Carleton University, Ontario. During this time, he worked in both the private and public sectors enabling him to build a strong sense of commercial acumen and customer service.
Milad has a strong sense of community and has volunteered for several community organisations in a policy and legal capacity. He is passionate about civil rights and social justice, economic empowerment, education and the environment.
