Mitch has experience across a range of traditional practice areas, but holds a particular focus in property and commercial law.
Mitch’s interdisciplinary approach enables him to advise on all aspects of a transaction, whether that be an acquisition or sale, developments (both private and institutional), project and finance structuring, asset protection, rural transactions or leasing.
Mitch has acted for a range of clients, across a number of industries and diverse backgrounds, including ASX listed companies, high net wealth individuals, leading property institutions and REITs.
Using this broad range of experience and interests, Mitch brings a unique and diverse perspective to the team, often thinking outside of the box to bring a commercial solution for his clients.
