He is an experienced corporate and transactional lawyer, working in the public and private, and regulated and unregulated environments.
Nick’s focus areas are:
- regulated and unregulated M&A including assisting on takeover bids, schemes of arrangement, capital reductions and buy-backs, and private sale and purchases of companies and businesses;
- regulated and unregulated capital raising, including advising on the documentation, and due diligence enquiries, for capital raisings;
- foreign investment and regulatory compliance;
- corporate governance and general commercial contracting matters.
Nick acts for many clients, including publicly listed companies, high-net-worth individuals and family groups, primary producers, property developers, corporates, accountants and other professionals.
