Nigel Saines is the founder and Managing Principal of Saines Legal, Employment Law and Workplace Relations firm.
Nigel completed a Bachelor of Laws through QUT and completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice also through QUT. Nigel is an admitted solicitor with the Supreme Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
After completing his Bachelor of Law, Nigel developed his expertise as an Employment Lawyer whilst working in private practice. It was whilst working for one of these firms that he found his passion to start his own Employment Law firm in Brisbane.
Nigel opened Saines Legal in 2016 with the focus and goal of building an Employment Law firm solely focused on serving the employment needs of clients with highly skilled employment lawyers. Nigel’s expertise has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide in 2020, 2021, and 2022 as Recommended Queensland Employment Lawyer. Saines Legal was also recognised in 2020 by Doyle’s Guide as a Leading Queensland Employment Law Firm.
Nigel and his team aim to provide solutions across the full spectrum of workplace issues including areas around Transactional Law, Employee Management, Employment Law Litigation and Workplace Health and Safety.
