Rebecca O’Toole, Contested Will & Estate Lawyers

Rebecca is a founding Director of Contested Will and Estate Lawyers. She was admitted as a Lawyer in 2006 and commenced her career in a boutique law firm in rural Queensland with Tracey before leading the estate litigation team of a large multinational law firm. Rebecca has extensive experience in family provision applications in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria as well as estate administration and estate planning. Rebecca is particularly passionate about Constructive Trust and Elder Abuse matters and strives to advocate for those who are unable to do so for themselves.
