Rebecca Pritzler is a Director at JSP Legal and a highly regarded property and commercial lawyer with over 16 years of experience in the legal industry.
Her career has spanned national and large corporate law firms — including Meyer Vandenberg, Terracon Legal and Lexmerca Lawyers — as well as an in-house role with one of Canberra’s largest property developers, Geocon. This diverse background gives Rebecca a unique understanding of both the legal and commercial aspects of property transactions.
Rebecca holds a Master of Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Canberra, having also undertaken studies at Harvard Law School. She also holds a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law and was admitted to practice by the ACT Supreme Court in 2022.
Recognised for her excellence in the field, Rebecca was named the Real Estate Institute of the ACT’s Conveyancer of the Year in 2021 and was a finalist for Solicitor of the Year in 2024.

Her areas of expertise include residential and commercial conveyancing, off-the-plan purchases, house and land packages, building contracts, and commercial, industrial and retail leasing.
