Richard has been practising law for the best part of 20 years.

Richard holds a Masters in Applied Law (Wills & Estates) and being admitted as a Full Member of the global Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP). At last count there are less than 10 lawyers admitted to STEP outside of Sydney in NSW. 

Richard specialises in all facets of Succession Law, from Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Appointments of Enduring Guardians and superannuation planning, to Probate and Letters of Administration and estate litigation such as family provision claims and contested grants. 

Richard is well versed in civil litigation and disputes, and provides advice and assistance for business and property law matters.
