Rob was admitted to practice in 1995 and is a former legal associate to the Chief Judge of the Family Court of Western Australia. He established Crossing Family Lawyers in 2003.
Rob enjoys working on farming cases, property settlements, financial agreement and issues relating to children.
Rob has a particular interest in collaborative dispute resolution. Rob is a founding member of Collaborative Professionals WA. Rob is also a nationally accredited mediator and arbitrator.
Rob is also a member of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of WA, the Law Society of WA, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Resolution Institute and the Australian Institute of Family Lawyers and Mediators.
Rob has a long history of activity in community and professional groups. He is a committee member of the 2/2 Commando Association of Australia and is a former member of the council of Christ Church Grammar School, the committee of the Family Law Practitioners’ Association of WA and the committee of Collaborative Professionals WA.
