Rob Kennett leads Cowell Clarke’s Dispute Resolution and Intellectual Property & Information Technology (IP & IT) teams, while also being a key member of the Building, Construction & Infrastructure and Commercial Transactions teams.
Rob has successfully acted for clients across a range of industries in dispute resolution, and has been at the forefront of intellectual property and information technology law in the development and protection of assets.
Rob is also highly respected for his advisory work in several different industries, from assisting a major medical research organisation on construction, research and technology matters to providing corporate advice to South Australia’s largest independent cinema chain.
