Roxanne is an empathetic, diligent and analytical lawyer. She confidently advocates for her clients to achieve practical and productive outcomes, and at all times ensures her clients are informed as to their options and entitlements.
Roxanne has practiced exclusively in Family Law since her admission and acts for clients across all areas of Family Law. She represents clients in financial matters, including property settlements, spousal maintenance applications, and child support disputes. She has been involved in complex financial litigation including the division of large assets pools and the setting aside of Binding Financial Agreements.
Roxanne represents clients in a range of parenting matters, including contravention and enforcement of orders, as well as Intervention Order proceedings. Roxanne also has experience in high conflict parenting matters involving mental health issues, substance abuse and family violence. Roxanne is solution focused. She recognises the emotional and challenging nature of separation and the financial strain it can cause. Roxanne is committed to providing a high level of care and compassion to her clients throughout the separation process.
Roxanne is passionate about increasing access to justice and is a volunteer lawyer at Fitzroy Legal Service.
Roxanne completed a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts at Monash University, graduating with Honours in Law. Roxanne is a member of the Family Law Section of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia and the Victorian Women Lawyers.
