Sam graduated from Melbourne University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree before moving onto Law and completing a Juris Doctor at Bond University in 2006.
Sam commenced his Articles at Kenna Teasdale Lawyers in 2007, during which time he gained experience in all areas of law practiced by our firm.
Sam’s practice now consists predominantly of Family Law, including both financial and children’s matters involving married and de-facto partners.
Sam understands that finalising parenting arrangements and settling financial matters are difficult processes, which are often best resolved by taking a pragmatic approach to resolve disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Sam also practices in criminal law, including matters that arise from family law disputes. He regularly appears in the Magistrates’ Court in relation to Intervention Order matters.
He is admitted to practice in the following Courts of Australia
- High Court of Australia; and
- Supreme Court of Victoria
Personal Information
Sam is a staunch supporter of Brisbane Lions and a keen golfer. He also enjoys snowboarding.
