Sam was called to the Bar in 2018 and practises from Mitchell Chambers in Adelaide. He accepts briefs in a broad range of commercial and civil matters, with a particular focus on building and construction, commercial, tort, insurance and personal injury disputes.
He is a full member of the South Australian Bar Association, an interstate member of the New South Wales Bar Association, and a member of the Council of the Law Society of South Australia.
Sam regularly acts as a mediator and is on the panel of mediators at the South Australian Small Business Commissioner and the Magistrates Court of South Australia. He is available for appointment in a wide range of commercial and civil disputes and has experience mediating matters across diverse subject areas..
Sam is undertaking a Professional Certificate in Arbitration at Adelaide University and expects to complete the certificate in late 2026. Â
