Sam is an Associate in the Planning, Environment and Government practice group at HWL Ebsworth Lawyers in Brisbane. He has broad experience in litigation and the provision of legal advice in relation to town planning and development, land use, early and compulsory acquisition, environmental and infrastructure matters.
He has instructed, appeared, and advised in relation to a number of town planning, development and land use matters in the Planning and Environment Court (District Court).
Prior to joining HWL Ebsworth, he also previously held a role as a legal officer in a regulatory agency in the Queensland Government where he instructed, appeared and advised in relation to criminal prosecutions commenced in the Magistrates Courts across Queensland.
Sam is admitted in the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia and is a graduate of the Queensland University of Technology (L.L.B (IIA Hons) and GDLP).
