Samuel has a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Queensland University of Technology. He has completed his Masters of Applied Law (Family Law) Samuel practices in Family Law and Domestic Violence matters.
He started his work at a Community Legal Centre before continuing his role in a family-run law firm and later within a mid-sized Family Law firm, which allowed him to dedicate his focus and passion in Family Law.
Samuel’s experience comprises all aspects of Family Law, from simple matters of divorce and parenting and property disputes and resolving them outside of court and including private mediations, conferences and negotiations, to complex matters including international relocation and urgent matters.
Samuel specialises in Court-litigated Family Law matters and appears regularly before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Divisions 1 and 2) in all stages of contested proceedings, including Interim and Final Hearings.
