Experience and Areas of Specialisation
Sandra was admitted to practice in 1998 and to the High Court of Australia in 1999. Since then she has practised across broad areas of the law until about 2006 when she relocated from South Australia to Queensland and began to specialise in family law, including as an Independent Children’s Lawyer for several years.
She has also worked extensively in the domestic violence courts and in Child Safety matters. She is tenacious and loves a challenge, considering no matter is too hard to take on.
Sandra returned to South Australia in July 2018 and in June 2019 she established Alex Mandry Legal Group. She is proud of the firm and the talented group of lawyers and support staff that have joined her since then.
Personal Interests
Sandra has a great love of creative writing, reading, football (AFL of course) and her family, who are located all over Australia and overseas. Travel is always on her mind but rarely on her agenda because of her amazing work ethic.
She continues to work primarily in Sunshine Coast, but also has clients in most States of Australia, particularly in relation to family law matters.
