Shannyn Hillyard, Merthyr Law
Representing Merthyr Law for more than a decade, Shannyn works diligently for clients encompassing the Gold Coast and northern NSW. Dutiful, loyal and passionate, Shannyn works quietly on the sidelines from her office on the Gold Coast. When not in the office she spends time with her husband and two young children.
Accepting demanding challenges, she works diligently with clients to ensure they receive the best possible solution to their needs. Her areas of law include;
- Commercial Law;
- Corporate Structures;
- Asset Protection Strategies;
- Succession Planning incorporating effective Wills, Family Safe Trusts and
- Disability Trusts; and
- Estate Administration and Litigation, including family provision claims.
A stalwart in the company, Shannyn has a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management). Demonstrating an analytical temperament, diplomacy and meticulous attention to detail is her forte.
