I opened my Family Law practice in February 2020 as a sole practitioner to provide clients with a professional private service in the suburb of Mitcham, South Australia. My aim is to provide my clients with a personal service which I feel is often lost in today’s busy electronic world.
With over 23 years’ experience in family law I have acted for hundreds of clients in matters that range from straight forward to complex property and children's matters which settle by negotiation to difficult matters that require judicial determination.
Whatever the nature of the matter I have the necessary expertise and skills to provide clients with well thought pragmatic advice to legally and strategically assist them to resolve their matter in the most cost effective and timely way possible.
I practice in all areas of Family Law including marital and defacto property settlement, parenting matters (including relocation matters and child alienation matters), spousal maintenance, child support and divorce.
I understand that separation is one of the most difficult things my client's may face in life. I try to make the process of property settlement and reaching agreements about where your children will live as smooth as possible.
I have co-presented Family Law Risk Management seminars to family lawyers at the Law Society over the past 2 – 3 years and I regularly Chair family law seminars for the family law profession in South Australia at the Law Society.
