Tanya Briffa is a Principal Lawyer in HOCW’s Wills & Estates team, based across the firm’s Melbourne and Mount Waverley offices. A Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates, she brings 10 years of legal experience to advising clients on estate planning, probate, estate administration and succession matters.

Tanya assists with everything from straightforward wills and powers of attorney through to complex testamentary trusts, superannuation nominations, estate disputes and VCAT guardianship matters. Known for her practical, clear and empathetic approach, she works closely with individuals and families to protect assets, give effect to their wishes and help minimise future conflict.
