Norton Law Group is led by Senior Partner Franco Pomare, who has practised family law for approximately 35 years and has been a Law Society of NSW Accredited Specialist in Family Law since 1994.
That experience brings more than technical legal knowledge. It provides the judgement developed through acting in thousands of family law matters: understanding when urgent action is necessary, when a negotiated resolution may better protect the client and when an apparently straightforward proposal may create significant practical or financial problems.
Partner Gabriella Pomare brings substantial experience in complex family law litigation together with a contemporary understanding of co-parenting, modern relationships and changing family structures. As a family lawyer, author, podcast host and media commentator, Gabriella combines strategic legal representation with an understanding of the practical and emotional dynamics that can influence family law disputes.
The Honourable Louise Henderson, a former Justice of the Family Court of Australia, has also joined Norton Law Group as a family law mediator. Louise brings more than 36 years of family law experience and former judicial insight to complex parenting and financial mediations.
