She advises across the full spectrum of migration matters, with particular expertise in complex visa applications, corporate immigration, and global mobility.
Tina works closely with SMEs and multinational organisations across sectors including healthcare, education, construction, IT, hospitality, and tourism. She is known for delivering practical, commercially focused solutions to complex visa challenges, particularly in securing skilled talent where local labour shortages exist.
She founded One Planet Migration Law as a purpose-driven practice aimed at reframing the narrative around migration. Guided by a belief in the oneness of humanity, her mission is to connect humanity, one visa at a time.
A strong advocate for access to justice, Tina is committed to pro bono work supporting marginalised communities, particularly women and children, despite operating as a private practice without external funding.
