TITUS Solicitors is an independent Hong Kong law firm based in Admiralty. We advise local and international businesses, founders, investors, funds and private clients on Hong Kong law.

Led by founding principal Michael Titus, our 19-member legal team comprises 16 lawyers, including one registered foreign lawyer, supported by two trainee solicitors and one paralegal.

Our practice covers corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, employment and family law. Our disputes work includes commercial, shareholder and contractual disputes, employment claims, fraud and asset recovery, and regulatory investigations. We represent clients in the Hong Kong courts and through arbitration and mediation. Our corporate and technology practice supports business transactions, fund establishment, fintech and Web3 ventures, and regulatory compliance. We work with startups and growth businesses as an outsourced legal function, alongside advising established companies and private clients.
