Todd Terzioski is a Special Counsel in HOCW’s Wills & Estates team and a Law Institute of Victoria Accredited Specialist in Wills & Estates. He assists clients with estate planning, business succession and estate administration, providing clear, considered support through what can often be a difficult and emotional time.

Todd advises on complex and straightforward wills, including testamentary trust wills, powers of attorney, appointments of medical treatment decision makers, superannuation death benefit nominations and corporate powers of attorney. He also has experience obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration, administering estates, handling urgent and complex probate applications, and advising on estate litigation, including family provision claims, probate caveats and executor removal applications. Todd additionally assists with VCAT administration and guardianship matters.
