Toni was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2005 and is a member of the Corporate and Commercial Law team focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), ASX matters, private equity transactions and general corporate and compliance work. Toni brings a broad range of experience and commercial acumen from her background in private practice (both in top tier and boutique firms) through to government and in-house roles.
Toni has a broad knowledge of corporate law and has particular industry expertise in the dental, health and automotive sectors. She has expertise in large projects across a range of areas including energy, resources, agribusiness and Information Technology (IT).
Toni has been involved in a wide variety of transactions including private company sales and acquisitions, joint venture transactions and corporate restructures.
Toni also assists clients with general commercial law advice including structuring, intellectual property, employment and property law advice.
Toni Myers was a finalist in the senior associate category of the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards 2018.
