The firm was started in Sydney on 1 July 2005, by Robert Ishak and Bill Petrovski.

Since 2005, we have been providing our institutional clients with innovative billing structures rather than the traditional hourly time-costing. In certain matters, we provide fixed-fee/event based and hybrid billing structures to institutional clients and this is one of the pillars that sets our firm apart from others. Our commitment to these structures gives our clients costs certainty.
Being a technology driven firm, we use sophisticated software to ensure accuracy and standardisation of our processes. Our accounting and time-sheet software allows for time to be electronically generated which allows for accurate input and record of the time spent on our clients’ matters.
