Since formally obtaining her legal qualifications in 2007 and being admitted as a lawyer, Zippy has practised exclusively in Family Law with a number of Family Law specialists in Sydney. Zippy has been working with Margaret Linden since 2011.

Zippy has provided assistance to many married and de facto couples, opting to resolve matters by negotiation in the first instance, litigation being the last resort. Originally born in Hong Kong, Zippy is of Chinese heritage but has lived in Australia from a young age. However, Zippy has retained her native language skills and is able to communicate effectively with clients in Chinese, both Cantonese and Mandarin. Zippy is able to read in Chinese and can provide advice to clients in Chinese.
