Pricing Report – Corporate, South Australia, 2012

The 2012 South Australian Corporate Pricing Report details market factors, trends and other matters relevant to the pricing of legal services as well as recorded and suggested pricing levels. It is compiled on the back of feedback from both solicitors practising within these areas and client referees.

Despite strong competitive forces the South Australian corporate market has yet to display any significant level of innovation or alternative to time based billing.  Instead both firms and clients continue to place a keen focus on hourly rates and the minimisation of such.
