Mark Logan is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Wills & Estates team, based in our Gosford office.
Mark has over seven years’ post-admission experience in wills and estates law, with a strong focus on estate planning, estate administration and estate litigation. He advises clients on a broad range of matters, including the preparation of complex wills and testamentary trusts, enduring powers of attorney, probate applications, and the administration of estates.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked at well-regarded Sydney firms Makinson d’Apice Lawyers and Holman Webb Lawyers, where he acted on complex estate matters and developed a well-rounded practice across both contentious and non-contentious areas of wills and estates law.
Known for his calm and empathetic approach, Mark is committed to guiding clients through often sensitive and challenging circumstances with clear, practical advice. He takes pride in maintaining strong client relationships and working collaboratively to achieve the best possible outcomes.
