James Stewart has been with Steindle Williams Legal since 2007 and became a director in 2018. He has acted for a wide variety of domestic and international clients, from individuals and small business owners to large businesses and high net worth individuals.
James has a particular expertise in commercial and company law matters, as well as broad experience and expertise in commercial property development, sale and purchase of businesses, general property, leasing, estate and tax planning, construction, trusts, insolvency, dispute resolution and general structuring.
James is an Accredited Specialist of the Property Law section of the NZ Law Society and a member of The Law Association of New Zealand’s Documents and Precedents Committee.
