Viktoria Teed holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and has been admitted as a legal practitioner for over 19 years. She possesses extensive experience in personal injury litigation, having acted for both Plaintiffs and Defendants across a broad range of matters.
Viktoria is deeply committed to helping individuals navigate the legal system and achieve just outcomes. Throughout her career, Viktoria has successfully managed and conducted litigation in all court jurisdictions. Her areas of expertise include Workers’ Compensation, Public Liability, and Motor Vehicle Accident claims. She offers clients realistic and well-informed assessments of their entitlements, underpinned by her extensive practical knowledge and legal acumen.
Viktoria has held a number of senior roles, including Principal Lawyer and Practice Group Leader at leading ASX-listed Plaintiff firms, where she was responsible for overseeing Workers’ Compensation teams.
She has also served as a Senior Solicitor in-house at WorkCover Queensland and has worked in specialist teams assisting clients with Traumatic Brain Injuries.
Her experience on both sides of the litigation process provides her with a strategic advantage and a comprehensive understanding of how to secure the best possible outcomes for her clients.
